It`s on the ground floor and you can easily reach the back garden and the front garden, directly to the park (about 4000 ).There`s a big terrace towards the valley. The property is completely fenced and you can park one car inside. In summertime you can have meals in the garden or under the shady porch. All around there are woods and some country houses. The village is half way between Como and Bellagio (22km). The place is ideal if you like walking and hiking - there are lots of paths and you can reach panoramic spots with beautiful view of the whole lake - the villa gets sunshine from the morning till late afternoon - the verandah is full of sunshine in the morning.
